How to survive in the active ? How to deal with this moment, so complex? These are the questions that are asked and continue to ask) firms in this period, in which a pandemic has just taught me that their plans can be sent to the air from time to time<\/strong>.
\nThe choice is, ultimately, between two alternatives: to stay anchored to the old ways of doing business, or seize the opportunity to explore new ways of doing business. Choose the past or the innovation to do and create a business.
\nCompanies that opt for the change can take valuable lessons from the women and, in particular, by their way of doing business that combines the results to the well-being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The strong desire to make a positive contribution of women's businesses<\/h2>\n

In these years, thanks to my business coach, I got to know many of the women decided to develop their business idea. One aspect that is common to many of them is the strong desire to make a positive contribution to the world in which we live<\/strong>. At a certain point in life, these women feel that they are sort of like a powerful call, an inner voice that pushes them to go beyond themselves, putting their life experience and their professional skills at the service of others.
\nThe woman and the company can become successful thanks to the particular characteristics of the us women:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Intuition
\n\u2022 Connection
\n\u2022 Female energy
\n\u2022 Organization<\/p>\n

\"\"During the recent lockdown, have been especially women take care of the children stayed home from school, and to reconcile this with the work. A task for which you are found often in trouble and overloaded. The companies have not understood the problem and you are not able to organize the work taking account of this double burden that weighed on their employees. But, the sad reality is that the companies were not for women even before<\/strong>.
\nThe pandemic has given us the opportunity to create, finally, the new companies<\/strong> offering women the opportunity to manage different aspects of life in a more harmonic way, without having to choose between work and private life, sacrificing a part of himself. Give, then, the opportunity to have more women of success.
\nIn this process of innovation, the women and the female talent can make a great contribution<\/strong>.
\nTo create or renew a business, woman can connect to her feminine energy is the most powerful and the most authentic and put it in a circle. Women have the ability to generate and protect life, and it is from them that can be born a new entrepreneurial approach, able to face the current period, and even those to come.
\nThere is something magical when a woman decides to take matters in his life, and to challenge the circumstances to start his own business. And is the union of the aspects of the spiritual, and the more strategic aspects that may constitute a new model of doing business.<\/strong> A model to innovate the existing companies, do business and be more successful women.<\/p>\n
